Tap RESTORE PURCHASES on the unlock screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy. The unlock is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account, so it works across your devices and after reinstalling.

Check the mute icon at the top-right of the game screen, and make sure your iPhone's silent switch is off.
Progress is stored on your device. Deleting the app deletes progress (your purchase is safe — restore it anytime).
